Incident involving Bulk Carrier DEVON BAY on 22 January 2026
“K” Line Pte Ltd (‘KLPL’) confirms that its vessel, DEVON BAY (IMO: 9622849) is the subject of an ongoing search and rescue operation after a distress call was issued from the vessel on the night of 22 January 2026, during the vessel’s passage to Yangjiang, China.

(“K” LINE), carried out “the Emergency Response Drill” on November 26, 2025, simulating a major fire drill was conducted involving M/V EUROPA BAY, a bulk carrier which is owned and operated by KLPL and managed by “K” Line RoRo Bulk Ship Management Co., Ltd.
