Incident involving Bulk Carrier DEVON BAY on 22 January 2026

“K” Line Pte Ltd (“KLPL”) acknowledges that the relevant authorities have concluded the search and rescue operation relating to the incident involving its vessel DEVON BAY (IMO: 9622849) on 22 January 2026, en route to Yangjiang, China with a cargo of nickel ore, effective 21:07 hours local time (UTC+8) on 1 February 2026. Vessels from our Group that assisted in the operation have now stood down in line with the authorities’ decision.
