Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” LINE) held a global IT conference, aimed at driving its digital transformation (DX) strategy and strengthening security, at its head office in early March.
The signing ceremony for bare boat charter and time charter contracts for two 7,500m3 liquefied CO2 ships between Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” LINE) and Northern Lights JV DA was held in Stavanger, Norway on 10th February 2023.
“K” LINE was selected as “A List 2022”, the top rating, on climate change from CDP, which is a non-profit global organization engaging in activities for realizing sustainable economy, on December 13th, 2022.
Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” LINE), Kawasaki Kinkai Kisen, Ltd. (“K” LINE KINKAI), and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (KHI) have agreed to carry out the research and development of the “Safe Berthing/Unberthing Assist System” to enhance safety and efficiency of vessel maneuvering, berthing/unberthing, and mooring operations in ports.
